Friday dinner

I pprepared and cook vegetable for our dinner last Friday, so that we will have a balance diet for our dinner meal, here are the ingredients: Eggs Water Basil Salt and pepper Red and green bell pepper Mushrooms Onion Tomatoes Procedure: 1. In a bowl, beat 7 eggs, 2 tablespoons water, ½ teaspoon basil and some salt and pepper. 2. Add ¼ cup of red and green bell pepper (cut into strips), ½ cup sliced mushrooms, 1 sliced onion, and 2 sliced tomatoes. 3. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour in the egg mixture. Cook until set. To cook the top completely, either flip the frittata into another skillet or place the pan in the oven (only if the pan does not have plastic handles.)You can also cook this in the microwave oven. If you want more protein, add some cubes chicken or tuna. The dish is delicious and we all enjoyed it. Especially my grandma, she came to visit us and she planned to stay here for 1 week. She said I am talented when it comes to cooking. I was flattered. :-)
