Spring roll

Since spring is here, I like to share with you this fish and glass noodle spring roll. For the ingredients you need oil, minced garlic,finely chopped onion, flaked fish, finely chopped carrots, glass noodles (pre-cut and soaked until tender)and egg roll wrapper. In a skillet, heat 1-tablespoon oil. Sauté 1 minced garlic, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup flaked fish and ¼ cup carrots. Add 1 cup of noodles. Cool. Wrap in egg roll wrappers and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with your favorite sauce.
