Last night I don’t want to eat meat for our dinner because I want to reduce my weight. I cooked fish and here are the ingredients and procedure.
Onion (finely chopped)
Smoked fish (flaked)
Sotanghon (glass-like noodles) (pre-cut and soaked until tender)
Spring roll wrapper
1. In a skillet, heat 1-tablespoon oil.
2. Sauté 1 minced garlic, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup flaked smoked fish, ¼ cup minced carrots.
3. Add 1 cup of sotanghon. Cool. Wrap in spring roll wrappers and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown then let it drain.
I enjoyed the dinner but my dad didn’t because he was expecting me to cook a meat dish. Heheheh!
