Mangoes are in season and they are great for my smoothie. Peel the mangoes and remove the seed. Mix it in a mixer with ginger, orange juice, low fat curd cheese, sugar and mineral water. Viola you have already a healthy snack. If you prefer other mango drinks, that's also great. I like green mangoes too which is my favorite. I am drooling as I write this so till here and I’m going to grab a whole mango at the kitchen.
