Lately I started drinking milk already as my calcium supplements to fight osteoporosis. I seldom drink milk because I have no tolerance for lactose. Good thing there are lactose free milks nowadays and I can drink two glasses a day already.
I like my milk hot and it's very good to with chocolate for a hot choco drink. I also like rice pudding with lots of creamy milk. I remember my childhood when I enjoy my milk and hot rice pudding during the rainy days. My mom would cook as my siblings and I will stay with her at the kitchen waiting for our food. What a delightful childhood memories.
