I am stress out the past weeks already and my colleague at work gave me some tips to overcome it. According to her I should drink hot milk with honey which is a good practice as a sleeping aid. The honey will be accountable for relaxing effect. It contains around 180 substances wherein many of it are vitamin B and micronutrients that calm the stressful nerves.
She also suggested that I should make this anti stress treatment for four weeks every before breakfast. I should drink 200ml warm water with two teaspoon of honey. I hope this will help since I am already losing my pep each day.
