Fitness program

I am enjoying one of the gym exercise I tried last Saturday that is using pilates moves to reduce belly fat. I wish it is very effective and a way to go to achieve my goal. Going to the gym once a week is already enough for me as I already integrated my daily 30 minutes exercises. Next time I will try the yoga session offered at the gym to have a new experience too. I will also invite my friend to come with me and I’m very sure she will like the yoga.
