Feeling better

Sometimes being over stressed I can’t sleep and I tend to try taking sleeping pills but I want to gain my sleep naturally. I have learned that yoga helps specially when stress out and so I enrolled yoga lessons with my friend and now I am enjoying my free time sleeping. I allotted more time for me in bed to regain back some energy to use in my hard days' work. I hope I will always feel better.
