Lately my forgetfulness is getting worst. I always forget my keys that makes me lost some times since I will go back home from my work and that is so time consuming. Do I really need to take supplements already like acetyl l carnitine or I am just chaotic. I wish I will learn a lesson to be always in order to all my activities. I am hoping my memory gap is only a sign of aging and not any other symptoms of severe ailments. Just crossing my fingers.
